Girlfriend Problems

So my girlfriend has a new colleague at work who's always telling her pickup lines. (ex. "hey girl you smell like vanilla, wanna " and to get her number he was like "hey girl can you fill out this form for me? the form being her contact info/number.) I told her I don't feel comfortable with him saying that to her but she just shrugs it off and says he's just joking. She tells me that she won't talk about him anymore but I'm sure the pickup lines and flirting will continue. And I feel super uncomfortable Anyone pls help me on what I should do I'm really lost. We've been dating for about a year now and I'm not sure If I should stay with her or seek something different.

It's up to your girlfriend to enforce boundaries with him. Not talking about him is irrelevant. Not talking to him and engaging with his flirting is what should happen, and if it doesn't, then you end it.
