I recently was diagnosed with Genital herpes. feel terrible and sad , never thought that i will have something like that.

Maybe somebody have same experience and how you deal with it? and what is the best way how to avoid outbursts?

A GP or gyno could give you a much better idea.

Are you on medication to manage out breaks? Take it regularly so you don't have painful flareups.

I had a roommate who had it, all I remember is that she said she had flare ups before her monthly.

 

I don't know if she was on meds. Maybe search online and talk to your doctor/nurse/health centre.

 

I want to say I'm sorry and I can only imagine how you are feeling. From what I hear its become very common, please be careful with any future partners, remember to always have protection.
