I can't imagine my new bf doing this, and if he did i would most definitely not be ok with it. It's not a matter of cheating at all. It's the fact that he prefered to do this with someone else. And it seems everyone disregarded the fact that op's response to his lame invitation was she didn't have the budget and boyfriend just left it at that, didn't offer any solution. So op, clearly it's not the norm for you, so i'd definitely speak up. Link to comment
