Next time she displays her manipulative historonics to get you to do what SHE wants you might want to tell her "no" and advise her to get the professional help she so badly needs. She's not going to change until she reaches HER rock bottom and by you staying with her, you are enabling her to be who she has become. Just keep remembering that you can change You and how you react to her BS but you can not change her... that's her job.

 

Good for you for getting help with the codependency. You are on the right track to learning about personal boundaries and not letting her cross them.
