Help Me keep my head on

Ok...so I met this guy at church. He's pretty nice, and we have talked alot. I think he likes me. I don't know if this is the appropriate board to post this on, but here's my point. I could list all the things he's doing to make me think he likes him, but again this is perhaps not the right venue for that. (puts his arms around me a lot, touchy feely. asked for my AIM so he could "bug" me." VERY flirty with me...not so much with others that I see) OK really, here's my point. I am still trying to tell myself "He doesn't like you like that" I want to know how I can avoid getting emotionally involved...I mean maybe he DOES, but I don't want to take the chance of getting my hopes up only to be hurt. I can't afford that. How do I keep my head on straight.

Girl, he likes you. He's making it obvious. If he's real, just sit back and enjoy the ride. Keep on doing what you've been doing and take it slow.

definitely! Keep doing what you are doing, go slow, think of him as a nice addition to your life, not someone to occupy you at all times! As was posted above, enjoy the ride, let him boost you up with his interest!
