Feel bad...unstructured

I left two 12 step programs about a week ago and now I am feeling not so well. I was waking up early connecting w people getting tasks done, working on my artwork, and showing up productive to work. I have let myself go and now am living w o much structure other than having to show up to work....I am sleeping in , staying up late, eating unhealthy sugary foods, watching porn and not feeling great.

 

I just am frustrated with feeling like I have to be in a 12 step program (I ws in AA and SLAA) to feel like I am doing and be structured in my daily life.....but if i am not trying at all I just turn into what I have been going through, just kind of messy and motivated to do anything .

 

I think th bottom line is that I have stopped trying in general. I am now just being whatever and doing whatever .

 

Would love some feedback or advice.

Hey,

Have you thought about buying a white board and writing down goals for the day? Like go for a walk before work, or doing some art at 10am, then reading at 11am? You know something to create your own structure in your life. Make to do lists daily and stick to them. Just create your own goals and see if that helps for awhile. Maybe talk to someone from your meetings over the phone once or twice a day. If you create your own structure it might make you feel better. Just do the best you can to make your own structure in life.
