1. Kids.....It may sound selfish, but I want to be number 1 in a relashionship.

2. Smoking.

3. Lots of drinking.

4. Someone who loves to party all the time.

5. Someone who likes to push their views onto you....It's nice that you don't want to eat meat and all, but the only way I give up steak is if my body can no longer process it.

6. Very religious.

Some people aren't going to like this one... But deal-breaker in terms of long-term relationships.. Pet-Lovers...

 

I've never had a pet, and I actually never want one..

 

I was at one of these Speed Date things once, and one of the ladies was obsessed with me and pets.

"Do you have any pets"

"No"

"So you've never had a dog, cat?

"No"

"Not even a fish"

"No"

"I suppose so. If it doesn't work out I guess I could always have it for lunch..."

 

If looks could kill. The interview was pretty much over after that point. I thought it was funny.

Here are my ultimate deal breakers :

 

1) Lazy in life ( Happy to just sit on the couch all day, all night, watching tv/playing video games or surfing the net )

 

2) Bad hygiene / slob

 

3) Drugs

 

4) Emotionally dependent / suffocating

 

5) Lying ( it's worse when they lie over the little things for no reason, simply bc they are just used to lying )

 

6) "Frat boy / Jacka$$ movie " types

 

7) Obese, unhealthy and not caring to change about vital aspects of their lifestyle for the sake of health.

 

8) Cheap / penny-pinching types

 

9) Moodiness ( always pessimistic, negative, temperamental, angry at the world etc )

 

10) Not a conversationalist.

 

11) Religious. Not even overly...but simply, religious.

- A girl that becomes bitter that shes afraid to still show sensitivity.

- Ties in with the above, someone who wont judge me based on her history. She will open a door for me and give me a chance and let me be an individual.

- Someone that doesnt trust me to do the above 2

- Someone who doesnt eat at chipotle

- Someone doesnt have 2 dogs

- Someone who didnt overcome and became stronger from her past ordeals

- Someone who doesnt chuckle at random times

- Someone who doesnt like to slip into her closet and talks on the phone

- Someone who doesnt like to sit on her counter and drink wine when talking on the phone

- Someone who doesnt love her family

- Someone who doesnt go to dance classes

- Someone who isnt sweet and cute

- Someone who isnt "her"

OMG! That sounds almost like me Who doesn't like to eat Chipotle 5 times a week?! Only crazy people don't like Chipotle! It's sooooooo yummy! My deal breakers would be someone who doesn't like seafood, someone that hates the show Friends, someone who reads comic books and collects them on their computer, someone who doesn't like 2% milk and prefers whole milk yuck*, someone who doesn't like Twilight (who doesn't like Robert Pattinson or Taylor Laughtner hpmh!), and someone that is into martial arts! hehe

I seem to have the same luck with men -_- I can relate to all this.

 

To add to this list

 

1.Somebody who is very insecure

2.A complainer

3. Thrill seeker, as in the types that need constant stimulation.

4. Somebody who has had very short relationships/one relationship after the other without any decent breaks in btwn. No I don't want a codependent guy.

5. Somebody who is addicted to porn (this is diff from regular porn use. I mean like surfing the net 24/7 for it and jacking off 3+ times a day)

6. Disrespect. I'm going to see how they treat others, and how they describe their exes. Sb that labels all their exes 'psycho, clingy, a beech, ho, etc' clearly is the one that has problems.

7.Passive- No I don't to deal with this shh again.

8. Tells me they've cheated WITH sb. K this is all about morals. If you can cheat with sb, you'll cheat ON sb. It shows lack of consideration, respect and empathy too.

9.Sb that takes. As in feel entitled and isn't at all a giver. I don't think I can handle such an imbalance in a relationship again.

10. Sb that is melodramatic and causes drama. I now realise that I don't want a guy that cries much more than me. It's so draining.

11. Mind game obsessed- can't handle this and won't put up with it again.

12. Anger issues + impulsive. No... Sorrys don't really help take away what they say or how they acted.

13. Disrespect- in any form.

14. Abusive- verbal, emotional, physical. I have realised verbal and emotional leave scars too. =/

15. Sb that has an unhealthy need to brag about things. ---points to insecurity. Esp bragging about the girls that have their eye on him and what they said/how they hit on him. Uh... I never minded before, but now I know this is a big red flag.

16. Sb who comes on strong at the start. ----I'm running next time.

17. Stingy guys. If you're cheap with your money, you're also going to be most likely cheap with your emotions and affection.

18. Emotionally unstable. If they're alway up and down with their emotions and constantly down and moody and taking it out of me, I'm getting out.

19. Flakey and unreliable. ---Disappointments suck when it happens again and again.

20. All talk no action. I just look at actions now. Words mean nothing.

 

I've left some out but yeah, been there done that. Sigh.

A slob at home - Not into neat nick's either but someone who lives and sleeps in piles of clothes and trash - YUCKY!

Too interested/focused on sex.

Who doesn't take the time to give you their full attention when talking to you on the phone - they call while they are watching tv or playing a game, not paying attention (awkward pauses, requests to repeat what was said - frustrating!)
