Sometimes when my boyfriend and I make love he says that his penis hurts during orgasm. Usually when this happens there is a lot more semen than other times. Is this normal?

NO, its not suppost to hurt.

Pain is the body's way of telling you there is something wrong. It is NOT normal to feel pain during an orgasm. Your boyfriend needs to see a doctor. I know it is embarrassing but something is definitely not right.

yeah there is def. something wrong, some std's make you feel pain during orgasm/urination. make sure you use a condom with him until he gets it checked out!

Obviously not normal. Where abouts is he getting the pain? The penis head, shaft, urethea, testicles? Could be a case of an STD, u best see the doctor.

Nope on the STDs--checked that--it's only when the orgasms are really powerful--he feels weak afterwards. Other times, it's just fine.

I guess it's unusual though.

Weak? Or in pain? There is a big difference. Weak is normal, pain is not.

How often does he ejaculate?

 

He could have a bad case of blue balls. I'm being completely serious too! If he gets an erection often, and doesnt ejaculate, he can become sore down there. Its still going to hurt him when he ejaculates then afterwards- sometimes it takes 3-4 ejaculations to actually feel better.

Yea, that used to happen to me when my ex-gf and I would make out heavily and then I'd go back home without doing anything past that. I would have incredible ache and pain in my testicles, and even if I tried to masterbate to help it would hurt afterwards.

 

Somehow I doubt that is his problem here although she did say there was a larger amount of semen (usually caused by longer duration between sex).

I doubt this is "blueballs" as it is after he ejaculates, if he feels weak that is normal, especially after going at it for a long period of time (which sounds like the case since you said a large amount of semen).
