In case the other 20 people with solid arguments haven't convinced you that the only possible thing to do is leave: you need to leave. Seek therapy, call your friends, call the police, call your family, do anything you can to get out of that situation. Real men don't beat on women, it's universally looked upon as a disgusting POS thing to do by any guy with half a brain.
