How do i take away the pain i caused?!!!!!

Well, I screwed up big time this today. Well I broke NC sent my ex and e-mail. Well one of her friends replies under her screenname chewing me out and calling me and idiot and etc. etc.. Well i was angry, i sent my ex an e-mail chewing her out for it. It wasn't even her fault that her friend e-mailed me like that, i shouldn't have gotten upset but i did. This isn't the first time i got upset at her like that. She seems to be holding that against me. It hurts. How do i take away the pain she is feeling about it though? what can i do to show her that i'm sorry?

Well,you did make a mistake.But just tell her how you feel.Tell her you want to be her friend and that your sorry.I am sure she will eventually forgive you.
