WELL THIS GUY THAT I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO FOR ABOUT 5 WEEKS WELL WE ARE JUST FRIENDS BUT HE LIKES ME AND I LIKE HIM BUT HE DOESNT WANT A RELATIONSHIP AND I DONT EITHER BUT WHAT I WANT IS TO LIKE DATE HIM AND LIKE JUST HANG OUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO BRING IT UP BC I THINK HE IS KINDA BASHVILLE BC HE WONT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT ME AND HIM HE TELLS MY FRIENDS FIANCE AND HE TELLS ME AND I WANT TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT SO COULD SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW I SHOULD BRING IT UP PLEASE THANKS

Try to keep things casual if you both are not interested in a relationship. Ask him to grab some coffee with you or hang out in a similar environment. Maybe go to a movie if you think it wouldnt be too much pressure or anything. The more you casually hang out, the more things will fall into place where you want them and you wont have to come out and "say" anything.
