ben2010
A broken heart hurts more than physical pain. I don't know what to do. Honestly I totally don't feel like working. I can feel my min I driving me crazy one day I felt OK and other day I feel like crap. Again I really wish I can unwind the time back. Link to comment
snoopydog
I'm on anti-depressants. They have definitely calmed me down a bit so far. Go to the doctor if you genuinely feel like you need that kind of help. Link to comment

snoop
there are anti depressants that will help you sleep at night, which will make you get some rest but the day there is nothing you can do, except keeping busy and wait for time to heal... Link to comment
em_ski
St Johns Wort and Rhodiola Rosea are two natural mood enhancers. They help, but nothing will help more than allowing yourself to feel what you are feeling. I swear there is a small flicker of light at the end of the tunnel... it's just going to suck really bad for a while. Link to comment

Really where can I get that. I can't sleep at night and during the day it kills me too. So I'm really messed up. Link to comment
jenmar
If you go to therapy, or seek counseling that could help. I started therapy today to help me with some issues that I have been living with for years. Everyone is different, if you need medication the psychiatrist will prescribe you something... sometimes just talking or writing down the emotions your feeling helps. I have a journal that I keep. I write random things.. Medication isn't always the answer unless you truly need it to get through the day. Keep your chin up, Life will get better. Link to comment
