luke2005 Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Hi all, i really need help on deciding what career to start. Im 27 and know that to make me happy i need a career that makes me happy. I want something that i will enjoy and something that has an average wage. I was speaking to my brother today and we have such a bad work ethic which i think come from my father, (he used come home every day saying he hated his job) basically i just hate work and am never satisfied. My brother is the same he even went to uni and is a teacher, he hates his job and moves schools every 2 years. Has anyone got any suggestions??? One big problem i am completely unorganised , i will never be able to change that. I am a people person and deal with people well and like meeting new people. So any ideas guys, what does everyone else do??? Link to comment
ghost69 Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 you need a job in sales then if you are a people person. get on the front lines and make some commission of some kind. plus, you deal with different people all the time so it won't seem the same everyday. Link to comment

erase this face Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 You need to find something you're interested in, and where the thought of doing it 8 hours a day doesn't put you off. Look at courses your local community college is offering, and see if any spark some interest. Consider registering for one. That will get your feet wet and hopefully lead you to the right career choice. Link to comment

luke2005 Posted April 28, 2009 Author Share Posted April 28, 2009 my hobbies are going down the gym and socialising with friends down there, i also like going out with my friends to my local pub ( well twice a week) I like swimming, i also like the beach, but i live 3 hours away from nearest beach. I dont really like office work I hate paperwork Im not organised i like working with people like a variety like working indooors and outdoors combination. Link to comment
