am I getting the necessary nutrients?

due to personal reasons, I have been eating only certain foods for the past week. I would like to know if I am getting the necessary nutrients (I just want to know about the types of nutrients so please ignore the amount of calorie intake).

so here is the list:

 

special K strawberry cereal with skim milk

banana

orange

brown rice

cabbage

cod fillet

fried egg

 

Any experts on nutrition?! help
