annie24
i wouldn't do it. the side effects are 'anal leakage' and on the box, it tells you to not wear light colored pants and to carry a change of clothes with you. ewww. i think it's better to be overweight! i did weight watchers and lost 30 lbs. i recommend that instead. BetterKarma
My aunts tried it and didn't lose anything except for the money in their wallets. The best thing to lose weight is to eat 5-6 small meals a day and exercise. Also cut down your carb intake. Link to comment
CakeLove
Yes..there is no magic pill. It just takes upping your activity level and cutting your calories...eating nutrient-dense foods and keeping it healthy. I cut out all fast food and junk and sugar. I hopefully am on my way to losing the 24 pounds I have accumulated myself. It's all a mind-set...and once you are determined..that's the key. You can do it ! I just bought some veggies and things to make spring-rolls with tofu. They are yummy...and when it's hot...who wants to eat heavily anyway? Link to comment
