I'm just curious. But, why would a guy get so jealous of other men with you if he doesn't want to be in a relationship with you?

Many options.. Perhaps he really does want a relationship, just not now.

 

Maybe he feels as if you won't talk to him anymore or as much once you've found someone else.

 

Maybe he sees other men as potential competitors instead of potential friends.

 

Insecurity.

It's actually quite common. A lot of people go through this. They can't be with you but they don't want anyone else to be with you. It's a very selfish act.

Im a woman but i felt jealous when a male mate of mine got a gf, nothing to do with me having any sort of feelings what so ever for him. (his like family) I just worried that he wouldn't have any time left for me or wouldn't care anymore now that he had someone "more important" in his life.

 

Now that i read that it was really immature of me.

I knew a guy who would get jealous of other guys I talked too. Best laugh is, the guy who got jealous, had an opportunity with me and didn't take it LOL!!....so who knows???

some guys have 'territorial' problems. it's the concept of the dog and the tree. there are others trees to mark, but they can't commit to one tree. they want to keep walking around the block and marking them all. when another dog comes around to mark that tree, said dog gets mad.
