quick remedy for period cramps

Recommended Posts

If your exam is in two hours be careful with any strong medication because you'll want to be alert. A hot bath is good and extra strength midol which is specifically for period cramps, bloating etc. is good. You don't have alot of time, so maybe one of those heat therapy pads that stick your body might work.

I wouldn't advise you to take any prescription painkillers that will make you drowsy, as you won't do as well on your test. I'm not sure what part of the world you're in, but if you're in the states, you can get OTC Naproxyn sodium pills at any Target, Wal-Mart, drugstore, etc. These are the only non-prescription pills that even take the edge off for me. Some of my girlfriends swear by aspirin. (It thins your blood. Maybe makes it easier to pass through you?) And also one of those heating pads you can buy at the store too, I think they last 8 hours. Are you allergic to any medication?
