Smoking and Kissing

My GF is a regular smoker. She doesn't smoke a lot, but she does smoke once or twice a day. We also kiss a lot. I'm wondering if I am putting my health at risk by kissing her when she is smoking, or after she finished smoking... and so forth?

whenever you are around her and she is smoking, you risk second hand smoke. but kissing her makes no difference ... unless she is blowing smoke in your mouth.

I doubt you are at much risk but kissing a smoke is disgusting, you can taste it and the person excretes that smell too. YUCK!

the smoke is what is bad. there could be some nicotine or something residual in her mouth. i doubt it's all that bad though. more or less the taste.

Hand her lots and lots of mints!! Ex-Smoker of a month here... I don't know how my b/f dealt with it... I can really see now why it is such a nasty habit. If she really knew what she tasted like she'd quit... but for your own enjoyment, carry around lots of gum, mints, altoids, ANYTHING! I am so embarrassed now after-the-fact about my breath as a smoker and would have loved if he had mints if I didn't.

I would never date a girl who smokes. Smoking is a big turnoff for me.

I dunno.. I was never bothered by the smell or taste of smoke on a guys tonue/breath.

But I do prefer a fresh tasting mouth though like minty.

I thought I would never date a smoker either.. but here I am dating one. Yea... the smell is really yucky, and I have a really sensitive nose. I can smell the smoke off her clothing and skin - even in her room. Sometimes when I try to sleep, all I can smell is smoke. I want to tell her she smells bad, but I know she won't take it too lightly since I have already tried to tell her once with awful consiquences.

 

But it is good to know that my health is not at risk when I am kissing her
