Simple, partially contested divorce

My wife and I will split as we send our son to college. Are only dispute is that she wants to keep both of two real estate properties while I want her to select just one.

I will need to file a motion for separation to force the issue, and intend to do it with an online service and no lawyer, since I believe that the judge will just assign her the residence and assign me the other property.

What are the steps, and what is the best on line divorce service to use?
