Question about how sexual arousal works for men in this case?

Basically I have to take Cialis when it comes to having sex. I posted about it before in this thread on here:

I was getting frustrated cause a lot of times some women I date, I didn't know if they wanted to have sex or not, and I had to guess at whether or not I should take the pill, but then it ended up having to be a waste of money later since those pills are costly. So the fact that I have to take it got pretty frustrating for me.

However, I was in a bar with my friends, and while alone for a moment, this came up to me, all dressed really naughty and she asked if I wanted to f%^k her. I didn't go for it, cause I thought maybe it's not the best idea. However, right after she said that I got a full on erection, fast, and right there, just from her words, and her attitude, style, and demeanor... I suppose.

However, I was wondering, why is that I need Cialis in most situations when it comes to do dating, but with on rare occasion I can get an erection by a woman's words, just like this? Is this normal? I tried thinking about it to get an erection without Cialis, while with a woman, but just thinking about it wasn't enough. Perhaps my body needs the real deal of a woman actually saying that or something along those lines, to get aroused? What do you think?

Depends entirely on the situation. My husband took Cialis after some surgical errors down there. He believed he needed it for several months afterwards. I asked him to try not using it one day. Alas, being comfortable with me helped him have a healthy sex life.

I don't know why you took Cialis in the first place? Have you always had erectile concerns? Did somebody personally offend you? There is no harm in taking Cialis if you need it, but just like in my husbands case, there are instances where you can in fact come off the medicine and have a med free sex life.

To answer your question, you may not necessarily need it. And fluctuating erections with and without it are totally normal!
