His Agreement with his ex

Was I wrong for breaking up with my boyfriend because his ex is on welfare and he is okay with it. They went to the extent that they did not put his name on both children's birth certificate so that he can avoid paying child support and medical expense. But now that they are no longer together she is constantly threats to put on child support and he gives in to whatever she wishes. To the point that she left state and left kids behind with him and now they wanna go back with mom. I told him I did not wanna be evolved unless he did child support and visitation legally as this lady seems to be on the crazy side. I have supported my children and don't feel that this is right. His kids are 7 and 8 and feel that it continue with nagging and manipulation unless it's done legal

His ex isn't the problem, he is. And no, it's not wrong to break up with someone because you don't agree with how they handle important things like their children's welfare.

Neither one of them seem to be fit to be parents. Her for allowing him to dodge his responsibilities, and him for being a dead beat Dad. It's sad to see innocent children being short changed, as in this situation.

It's your call, but I wouldn't involve myself in this circus.

In the UK they could both go to Jail for benefit fraud.
