When a girl stares. . .

I had sort of a strange encounter at work last night.

A girl came in to pick up an order she had placed, so I rang her up, gave her the order, went through the normal thanks for ordering/have a good evening spiel, and started filling out some paperwork. I happened to glance back at least a minute later to find that she's still standing in front of the counter, staring right back at me. Confused, I momentarily return to my paperwork before approaching her and asking, "Did I forget something?", to which she just replied "no" and then she grabbed her pizzas and walked out the door.

I'm hoping someone has some insight on this, as I don't know what to make of the situation. Was she checking me out? Lost in thought? Waiting for me to make a move? I'm going insane replaying this in my mind, so if anyone can help me figure this out I'd appreciate it.

What did he screw up? Nothing in my opinion. Not taking action doesn't mean he screwed up.

Prolonged staring usually indicates one of 3 things:

1) Attraction (likely she found you attractive)

2) Aggression (usually seen by two people before they throw punches)

3) Amazement (it's common to stare at people we find unusual in terms of their appearance)

The 3 A's Chai? Attraction, Aggression, Amazement.

I would have to agree with Chai here, but personally from my own experience,

I only stare at a guy I am attracted to (if I am single), but to each their own,

And everyone is very unique, so it could have been any of the aforementioned Chai brought up.

Well, if she had these symptoms, it could have been a seizure:

Chewing movements

Convulsion

Difficulty talking

Drooling

Eyelid fluttering

Eyes rolling up

Falling down

Foot stomping

Hand waving

Inability to move

Incontinence

Lip smacking

Making sounds

Shaking

Staring

Stiffening

Swallowing

Sweating

Teeth clenching/grinding

Tongue biting

Tremors

Twitching movements

Breathing difficulty

Heart racing

Wow, CT must have "knocked her socks off", good one DB.

Some of those symptoms can be a sign of attraction.

How do we know if their heart is racing?

I think it would be pretty funny if he actually did forget to give her something in her order.
