You pretty much need to assume there is always at least some small amount. I don't think you'll notice a higher correlation between a man having large amounts of precum and you contracting a disease giving a bj.

You are going down on her I assume. If not you better get used to it because it is really the best part of it. Get her all juicy and her texture will be similar but somewhat tastier. Then wet your tongue and stick it into her mouth and explain to her that she tastes and her texture is sooooo good.

She can't really argue with that or can she?
