Sort of a embarrasing question

Alright when I get a hard on during sex theirs a vain of something that inflames near the bottom of my penis. Is that normal? Like it inflames alot and it sort of pokes out alittle like a vain does.

Yep, it's quite normal. Nothing to worry about. There's greatly increased blood flow in that area during arousal. That's why you see it then and not at other times.

Totally normal! An erection is caused by extra blood flow to the penis (it is not for example a muscle that grows or anything). All this extra blood causes it to stand at attention and swell to larger then it's flaccid state. It is very normal that you may see more of the blood vessels, including veins as a result.

 

As a side note, this is why poor physical health/being overweight and having a bad diet also can cause erectile dysfunction as blood vessels are constricted and blood flow poor.

Blood flow to the penis also takes blood away from your other organs which will explain why you might feel queasy or uneasy before sex.
