Relaxing tips - exams

My exams are from wednesday (this one!) to friday. They are just like mock-mock exams (the big ones come next year - IB) and I haven't studied much, resulting into stress, resulting into the absense of the possibility to be able to concentrate.

 

So guys, do you have any tips in like how to relax and not stress out because of stupid grades?

I would suggest taking what you have to study and breaking it up into small sections. Then make yourself a schedule outlining when you will study each section. This makes the idea of studying much less daunting, and it will relieve your stress because you are actively preparing for the exams. Also, take breaks throughout your studying so you don't get burnt out. You can tell yourself that if you get to a certain point in the material, you can play a computer game, read a book, or watch TV for 10 minutes. Hope this helps! Good luck!
