As long as you're just girlfriends everything should be okay but if you consider anything else like sex for example I suggest that you look up the link removed(the link leads to a wesite where you can check the different ages of consent around the world and even for male-male and female-female. theses vary in some countries). It will only be a problem if one is above the age of consent and the other one is below it. Link to comment

Now 16 and 14 , thats nothing i'm 14 myself and i find age difference a good thing you might think its big or other people might because 14 is like .. the beginning of the teenage years and shes just a kid ( hope im not worrying you) all im trying to say is .. never think about the age difference unless you have a problem with it yourself dont but it you dont have a problem do!
