Yes, I have spoke to him about it, he says he likes it better like that. The other thing is, where he is ALWAYS behind me we never kiss during sex. I am going to have another chat with him in the next couple of days because i'm getting really upset by all of this.

It sounds more like his issue than yours. I believe you need to get him out of this habit as it can become sexually borning only having sex from behind.
