why do I do this??

okay here's the deal, everytime I come around people, I put a expression on face thats between pissed off and careless, thus pushes people away from me, I always think people will automatically hate me, or whatever but on the inside I'm really nice. I just don't know why I do this? Am I afraid?

I do the same....im not sure why. People always say i look pissed off or that i seem like i dont want to talk to them.

I have been told that also. I wonder why people dont approach me. All my friends say I have this presense that gets peoples attention. I laughed I was thinking well if I get peoples attention I am blind blind blind! Then they said I get the attention but then I looked like I am having a bad day.

 

I have practiced looking in the mirror and softening my expressions and learning what they feel like. Try that it might help.

I do this too. Its just my natural expression. But when I'm drinking people like me a lot more cause I smile and laugh more.

i agree with NJRon it's a stance of defense, a protection against everyone around you.

i like to keep my expression at a cold stance, unless i'm with my friends. they know how to make me smile.

u asked if you're afraid. well, are you? that's a question you have to answer yourself. if u are, what are u afraid of?

if u want ppl to see your inside, open up. nobody's coming after you. at least not after they just meet u...
