hopelesslee
I have been feeling the EXACT same way. Whenever I eat, I start to think about something related to my ex and then I get that feeling of fear/sickness and stop eating. It helps me to just take a deep breath and force myself to eat-if you eat lunch with friends and talk the whole time it also helps to keep your mind off of things. That's the best advice I can offer, besides going to a doctor. Hope you feel better. Link to comment

Dako
I had that problem for a while, went from 220 to 200 but my appetite eventually came back enough to eat junk food while driving. I normally hate the stuff, but it's fast and fatty. Link to comment
ShySoul
Going through emotional stress can play games with your appetite. In time it will return and you will be eating regular again. For now, try to eat as much as you can. Hope things turn around and you feel better soon. Link to comment
