quackie
hi i'm new to this forum. I broke up with my bf about seven montha ago. It was a mutual breakup we both felt that we needed a break. We have continued to see each other afer the breakup and still seem to care for each other alot. I want to get back together with him. We use to live together and have known each other for almost three years. I miss living together and I miss the way things use to be. I don't want to sound to pushy and I'm really scared to talk to him. but i want to find out where things are headed. We live about five hours away from each other and I'm at his place for the weekend. I told myself that I would talk to him about it this weekend but so far I have chickened out. any advise please on what I could say? Link to comment
DN
Ask him where he thinks the relationship is heading - what he wants for the future. Keep it a little impersonal - no pressure. If he asks you what you want then tell him. Make sure he knows that you love him. Link to comment
quackie
I do love him and I think we both afraid to say it. Link to comment
DN
Don't be so afraid that you lose the reltionship because you were scared to speak up. Take courage and talk to him. Link to comment
quackie
that could happen because he is talking about moving away. Link to comment
nataliejulie
You love her. You have nothing to lose. If you don't say anything -- she's gone, wondering "what if". If you say something and it's not the response you wanted -- you've TRIED but it's gone. Link to comment
acuraman
Dont be afraid to ask him. If you don't ask him, then you will never know what would have happened. Like everyone stated, you have nothing to lose. Link to comment
Myrddin
I do love him and I think we both afraid to say it. Courage is the price that Life exacts for granting peace. Amelia Earhart, Courage, 1927 US aviator (1897 - 1937) Link to comment
