Hello.

I am under alot of stress at the moment. Parents marriage aint good, GCSE year putting lots of pressure on me etc.

 

I am also training to be a Jedi which required the use of meditation.

 

I was wondering if anyone has any good methods of meditation?

Put on some relaxing music and find somewhere confortable sit. Make sure there are no distractions and then just close you eyes and relax. Dont think about anything in particular, allow thoughts to just drift in and out of your head as they please, dont focus on them or think about them, just let them be.

 

Personally, i find that sort of meditation quite boring after a while so i now play guitar to relax instead. Some people take baths with those salts you can get, others do yoga or tai-chi as a form of meditation. You really have to find soemthing that suits you!
