They say it can take up to 16 tries to leave an abusive relationship. Letting her family know what's going on is the best thing to do...the rest is up to them and her. Just let it be a lesson to never get involved with someone so damaged, and recently has left this type of relationship. It can be very dangerous not only for her but for you or any one that is close to you. Not worth it.
