Me and this guy have been talking every day for 3 weeks now (through text) we met on Instagram but he went to my high school and still lives in the same city as me. I tried making plans to meet up and hang out this week but he said that he's busy this entire week and then he said he will be busy next week due to getting his wisdom teeth out. He didn't really suggest making plans after these couple weeks so what should I do? Should I keep talking to him and try to make plans with him again after a couple weeks go by or should I wait and see if he makes plans first.
