What eNotAlone gave you?

It was a period I was feeling "alone" and I typed something like " being alone" on Google and ENA came up. From then on, it is the only forum I spend time.

I have a daughter that is nearly 3 and she is a very emotional being. I have some big limitations on empathizing or even understanding emotions so I wanted to practice.

 

Enter ENA.

 

Helps me setup a light framework of how to help my kids deal with their stuff by reading how others deal with it.

 

And like rose I have a few "soap box" issues I like inject into people's viewpoints because I think they make too many assumptions and I like to spread some of my non typical assessments.

I came because of a break up, and over the years have gained perspective and understanding of others and myself. I've learned so much from others, and I think the advice I give now is what I would need to hear in the same shoes. I appreciate the community and connections, and the humanity in its many expressions and experiences.
