Can't sleep..in tears

I don't sleep anymore either lol pass out then just wake up every hour or so till its morning then exhausted for work all day then come home and again can't sleep...I want o opti ask as well but I'm scared of the answer I will get so I don't I just hope she will get past this and try 1 more time

 

I know about the waking up every hour. Rearranging pillows trying to get to sleep. I end up watching movies and reading. I try to lie down to at least rest. Last night I just got up and cleaned the house. Made lists of things we need. Finally Slept from 5-6am. I will be exhausted and cranky all day now.

I do feel for u I know all the pain you're going through I just hope it gets better with time
