I was thinking about this thread and wanted to add another point.

 

You really want to get to a place where you don't care or waste your time thinking about why someone flaked out on you and didn't show for a date, or didn't respond to your messages, or suddenly dropped off the radar after you've spoken to them for a while. Odds are that is has nothing whatsoever with anything you might have said or done, it's something in their life that has nothing whatsoevert to do with you, and let's face it you'll never find out anyway, and they are nothing more than some random stranger so as long as you are confident in yourself it really makes no difference other than to try to satisfy some passing curiosity.
