Here comes the wave of emotions

I was watching a television program where the female lead experience the same sad childhood as me.

 

I experienced a wave of emotions and felt the same as when I was younger. It was intense n I still feel the grief and sorrow.

 

I do need some comforting.

There's comfort in telling yourself over and over again I now have control of my life I now have control of my life. You're no longer little therefore your life is yours. Keep giving yourself comfort and become your own master by saying I control my life.
