Anxiety?

Anxiety can derive from a number of things. Yes, I think environment can assist in it.

Depression is a cause as well.

 

You can speak with you dr about anxiety if it's really affecting you. Also speak to them if you feel you may need some therapy etc. That may also help.

Anxiety can come from anything to nothing at all. It's the way your brain interprets things and if it feels like it's fighting something, the stress part of your brain activates, and in the case of anxiety this happens without any stressor at all. That's why it's considered a mental disorder unlike stress which is usually caused by a superficial thing (such as your boyfriend). Anxiety is like, the very air of your existence makes you uneasy.
