Always tired!

Hi Guys,

 

I've been having this problem for a while now! I get enough sleep, I eat healthy and take supplements (Iron, Vitamin B, etc.)

But I am still tired. I always get a low around midday and need to lie down when I am not at work. It definitely isn't my thyroid, I had my bloods checked! Does anyone know what else it could be?

I didn't even think of that! I go to aerobic class 2-3times a week and twice a week I go swimming for an hour. That actually could be the solution.. I had a week's break from exercise because I had to study for an Exam and just couldn't find the time to exercise beside work! I will see if it changes now that I start up again and report back! Thanks everyone!
