So I was having a conversation with a guy, and I was telling him about this one guy who keeps messaging me (on a dating site) and I that I didn't know why because he is from a different culture than me (in which they only date and marry people from their own culture) since nothing is going to happen between us, since I am very obviously not from that culture. The guy I told this to responded with "well either two thing he's either hoping to turn you, or he wants the other thing....and can you blame him?". I was a bit confused as to how to take the "can you blame him" part....was the guy I was talking to trying to say he wants to sleep with me? Or was he trying to sort of give me a compliment?

As far as the other guy goes, is it possible that he does not adhere strictly to the stereotypical facets of his culture that you speak of?
