This pain is hard to explain yet it is there,

I cannot let you go because I do care.

 

I cannot stick around and watch you move by,

I can tell you that I love you and it never was a lie.

 

I cant take the fact that you are not here for me,

But I cannot just sit here and wait for your eyes to open and see.

 

I cannot take the fact that your heart could not be mine oneday,

I dont know what else to do and I dont know what else to say.

 

I dont know how to deal if you tell me you love me no more,

It will hit me in my heart and break me to the core.

 

I dont know how to handle this and just let you go,

I cannot just wait or forget because I love you so.

 

Please tell me what it is that I can do to make this better,

I cannot just call you up or spill my heart out in a letter.

 

I am stuck on moving on or waiting for you to decide,

I am stuck in tears and anger and pain and all the times I have cryed.

 

I do not want to let you go and give up on everything I had,

But I do want you to be happy even though I am real sad.

 

So please know that I love and care for you no matter what I do,

That this love that is standing right before you has always been true.
