Help me get the girl!!!!

Ok here is the story i have liked this girl for a long time I am 18 and she is now 17. We "went out" or whatever like 3 times when we were younger. I don't even count that now as going out or anything. Well I told her how I felt and she just wanted to be friends she said we should know better then to try it again. We have both really changed since the last time we even together. It's the first time when i look at a girl and just want to kiss her when we arent even together. I just know if she would give me another chance she would see everything would be different. So I just need some advice on what to do. Thanks

You can't tell her you've changed, you have to show her. Trust me, she won't listen to you no matter how many times you tell her, but after you give it time and show her she may realize. But, I'm sorry to tell you this, she could just not like you and doesn't want to hurt your feelings.
