DateAndConfuse
I am 24 and I have had sex before when I was with my GF of 3 years. Sex that was always fun and great, but over the last couple of years I have tried to have some "fun" with a few different women and I have a problem getting or keeping an erection. I think my problem is that I am just thinking way too much. Has anyone else had this problem? What are some ways to "shut up my brain" so I can just relax and have some fun? Thanks for any advice Link to comment

Obviously, you'll still think about sex, but it'll help you calm down. Link to comment
DateAndConfuse
Strangly I think that might work. Maybe I will just memorize a song or something. I believe that if I can just have sex once without the anxiety problem that it will be much easier after that. Thanks, I will try that Link to comment
mirrorman
Could it be you're not completely over your last GF? I've run into similar issues because of that. Link to comment
DateAndConfuse
No I am pretty sure I am over her. I can sometimes go weeks and months without thinking about her, and when I do it is usually because I see a picture of mutual friends with her in them on facebook. She has had a child and boyfriends since and I have no jealousy or any feelings about it Link to comment
