When flirting, should the guys wait for the girls to initiate contacts before the guys do anything touchy?

well, it doesn't really matter. since i was the shy one, i let the guy initiate the contact. it let me know that he was into me, so i returned the favor and now we're dating. just go with the flow and make sure you both are comfortable before doing anything.

I wouldn't suggest grabbing a girls crotch as first contact.

 

Contact is important, the subtle approach is better, and you can build it from there.

 

Lets say your talking, the to emphasize something you hold her hand for a moment, not like a hand shake, you could clasp one of her hands with both yours, when you let go, you kind of let them slide out use eye contact , and a smile at the same time.

 

Also you can casually brush some hair from her eyes, (if its long) or just gently brush your fingers through her hair and tell her how soft it is or pretty, make sure you make skin contact.

 

Shoulder touches when she walks past you, as if your guiding her,

or on the small of her back.

 

Do not do these things in an obvious way or all together, it should be natural and not look premeditated.
