jenna-is-here Posted May 17, 2010 Share Posted May 17, 2010 Someone posted this great website on another thread....the exercises train you to think positively (therefore feeling better)....it helped me see view my break up as more temporary making it slightly more bearable. I started to go through the exercises about a month after my breakup. It helps re-adjust your thinking into "positive thinking"...it helped me because I kept saying such negative things like "why am I not lovable?" it teaches you not to think like that. link removed What you think is what you feel and if you can readjust your frame of mind, you will feel better. The 2nd part didnt help me as much as did the first part (feeling). Link to comment
