Kegel Exercises (for the ladies)

I've read a little about these, but I want some... advice I guess?

 

Do they work for you?

And did your guy notice a difference?

Once my boyfriend and I were having sex, and I flexed the muscle(as if I were doing the kegel exercise) and my boyfriend loved it. Have an of you ever done that?

I do it regularly during sex. He loves it, and it's good practice at the same time! I find it works best if you relax as he pulls out, then squeeze as tight as you can just before he thrusts in. It makes everything very tight, and his face when he's not expecting it is fantastic

As far as I'm concerned there should be a required course in school on it for women. It's completely awesome.

I do them religiously and my boyfriend loves it. He feels them most strongly during missionary. He always says "do that again!" lol

I don't think I do them then to be honest... I just don't think to do it. I do them during sex and you know on a day to day bases.

if thats your question .. then yes they do work when alone as well.
