Falling for my best friend

I have known a friend of mine who is a girl for about 4 years now, we know everything about each other. I have found myself spending more and more time with her lately and I have found that I haven't been this happy in awhile.

 

She knows what makes me happy and how to make me happy all of the time. I think she's so cute. I don't know why I'm just now getting these feelings for her, but I'm so scared.

 

I don't know what to do. I want to act on it because there are sometimes when she tells me about dreams she's had about me and how she wonders what life would be like if we lived together. I have liked her in the past and told her about it, we were strong enough to get passed it because the feelings weren't that strong.

 

But they feel so real now. I could honestly see myself with her.

So, if you've told her before, what is stopping you from telling her again now? You got past it before, was she not interested then? What makes you think it any different now?
