dont even know what im feeling anymore

Ok so me and my ex have been NC for 9 days now after we broke up a month ago.

 

I now feel like nothing will make me happy even getting back together with her.

 

Is this really making progress or am I going backwards?

Sorry if this sounds like a bit of a rant just having a bad day

You are making progress with every minute that passes. NC is definitely the best way to go. There are many stages and feelings you will experience. Just keep going and it will get easier.

Yes its progress. NC is for you to get over your ex, get past the desire to get back together with her.

 

You know what they say, its always darkest before the dawn... It gets worse before it gets better... but then it just keeps getting better.

 

Seems to me, like it is at the getting worse stage, but you are starting to let go and realize that being with your ex is bad... sounds like a step in the right direction to me, even if it hurts right now.

Thanks guys. I actually txted emailed and called before all three got ignored. I know they say to go NC but I actually think that helped me move on and get some closure knowing she doesn't even care enough to reply.
