I do agree. Even though my ex-ex deleted mine, I think that is unusual. He was a strange bird, that was just his way of dealing. He cut people out of his life like they no longer existed. I think most ex's would read the emails (unless they were offensive or something like that).

if what you wrote is the truth, then your ex is young minded and acts like a child. Leave him alone and don't care what he tells his friends or what his friends think of you.
