athomas
I've been watching my fiance's house (also her parent's house) for the last week. What is something VERY cheap, and romantic I can do to welcome her home? Link to comment
athomas
Let me rephrase this... I'm broke due to some unforeseen car repairs, so I need to make this... cheap. Link to comment
pinkrobot
Making dinner can be very cheap...I don't know what you could possibly do that would be any cheaper... Link to comment
athomas
Any suggestions? We have a Food Lion near here so that is pretty cheap I suppose, store brand stuff anyhow. Link to comment
waveseer
Who doesn't like spaghetti? Link to comment

Maya_A
Both are nice gestures for sure. If I had to pick I'd go for the spaghetti dinner (& clean up the kitchen - smile) myself, along with a little "welcome back" type note from you that says something nice... I'd love it if I came back & my bf had been thoughtful enough to make a nice dinner for me as a special gesture.... I know you are on a budget but if you could somehow swing the one rose and dinner -- that would be really nice... If not one or the other is really great, too.... It is your loving, thoughtful intent behind it that will shine through whichever choice. Link to comment
Crazyaboutdogs
I would take the spaghetti dinner over the rose. The rose is too Hollywood movie cliché for me. Link to comment
